Berdasarkan akta No. 1 tanggal 3 Februari 2020 oleh Yudha Setyagraha Tedianto, S.H., M.M., M.Kn, notaris di Bekasi, PT Cosmopolitan Electric telah berubah nama menjadi PT Agung Menjangan Mas The Company started commercial operrations in 2017.

The Companys core business currently focuses on pond preparation services, harvesting services, post-harvest services and maintenance services for pond pond facilities and infrastructure and rental of land and buildings.
