PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (formerly PT Adi Sarana Lelang) (the Company ) was established based on the notarial deed No. 93 of Dr. Irawan Soerodjo S.H., M.Si dated November 18, 2013. The Company started its commercial operations in 2014. The Company parent and ultimate parentcompany are PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk and PT Adi Dinamika Investindo, respectively.

The Company previously carried out business activities in the field of auction services until early 2019 with: "BidWin" brand. The Company acquired the auction company PT JBA Indonesia which also carries out activities business in the field of auction services with the brand "JBA". Since the Company acquired PT JBA Indonesia Until now, business activities in the field of auction services are only carried out through the Subsidiaries, namely: PT JBA Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the future, the Company will no longer carry out business activities that the same as the Subsidiary. Company will run a business in the retail trade of used vehicles both online and offline offline, as well as a holding company.
