PT Bukit Darmo Property Tbk was established at Jakarta under the name of PT Adhibaladika on Jul 12, 1989. The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 27 of Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., dated Apr 10, 2007, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name and public offering of stock.

The scope of activities of the Entity comprises, among others, contractor, technical services, such as civil work, architecture, decoration, electrical and mechanical, repairs and maintenance, real estate by land leases, land and building development, general trading, export, import among island and local as distributor, wholesale, commisioner and trade agent for other companies either domestic or foreign, agriculture, forestry, farming and fishery industry, transportation, mining exploration and explotation and service except law. Currently the Company's business activities are sales of condominium units, office bulding and lease of stand mall.
