PT Cakra Mineral Tbk (the Company) was established by Deed No. 435 dated September 19, 1990 of Siti Pertiwi Henny Shidki, S.H., Notary in Jakarta by PT Ciptojaya Kontrindoreksa and had been changed to PT Citra Kebun Raya Agri according deed No. 300 dated December 31, 1992 by the same notary. PT Cakra Mineral Tbk operates in real estate project and low-cost housing development in Klari, Karawang, Jawa Barat, known as Perumahan Citra Kebunmas. In 1996, the company started the housing and infrastructure development, while commercial activities started on March 1996.

Trading, transportation, development, industry, services, agriculture, and forestry. Since April 2013, business changed into mineral mining, trade, industry, transport, and investment. The Company current main business activity is only investments in Subsidiaries that engaged in the iron ore and zircon mining.
