PT Fangiono Agro Plantation Tbk (“the Company or Parent Entity”) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 27 dated December 28, 1994 of Public Notary P. Sutrisno A. Tampubolon, S.H. The Company commenced commercial operations in 2008. Ultimate’s shareholders are Fangiono’s Family.

The Company's business activities are as a holding company conducts head office activities and oil palm plantation and industrial activities through its Subsidiaries. Business activities The Subsidiary is engaged in the business of oil palm plantations, palm oil mills, and palm kernel oil mills, located in North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan and Riau. Besides managing its own plantations, the Subsidiary also develops plasma and partnership plantations fostering cooperation with cooperatives that cover the surrounding community.
