PT. Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (the Company) was established under the name of PT Gunung Naga Mas based on Notarial Deed No.229 of Chairani Bustami,S.H. dated August 20,1990 that was amended by Notarial Deed No.25 dated June 6,1991. The change from Foreign Capital Investment (“FCI”) to Domestic Capital Investment (“DCI”) has been approved by the Capital Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia in its Letter No.346/1/IP/PMDN/2016 dated December 15, 2016.

The Company carries out the main business activities as follows, Production of stee lin its basic form, such as iron ore, sponge iron,pig iron and steel production in the form of steel ingot, steel billet, steel bloom and slab steel, steel milling, both hot and cold milling, which makes steel wire rod grinder products, reinforcement steel, profile steel (H-beam, I-beam and the like), strip steel, rail steel, steel plate, cold rolled sheet steel Sheet) coated or not coated with metal or other non-metal including steel scrap millin, manufacture of tubes, pipes and pipe joints of iron and steel, trading of metals and metal ores and trading of metallic goods for construction materials.
