PT Jaya Pari Steel Corp Ltd. Tbk was established within the framework of the Domestic capital Investment Law No. 6 year 1968 as amended by Law No. 12 year 1970 based on notarial deed no 46 dated July 18, 1973 of Eddy Wijaya, SH. The company started commercial operations in 1976. The company’s products are marketed both domesctically and internationally, including Europe, USA and Asia. On June 16, 1989, the company obtained approval from the minister of finance of the Republic of Indonesia in his letter No. SI-035/SHM/MK.10/1989, to offer its shares to the public, through the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges in Indonesia. On August 4, 1989, the company’s shares were listed in the said stock exchanges.
Produk & Lini Bisnis
The scope of its activities is to engage in the manufacturing of iron and steel. The Company started its commercial operations in 1976, and produce cutting hot rolled coil to be used as plates. As the development effort, since 1982 the Company started producing hot rolled steelplate. The Company's products are marketed in domestically.
