The Companys business scope that has operated related to online trading or e-commerce, whereasthe Company is a technologys Company which provide platform software and hardware to support Micro, Small and Middle Business (UMKM) in Indonesia by partnership system called Kioson Cash Point (KCP), whereas in the partnership recruitment process and/or collection from the Company business partnership (KCP) collaborated with third party, called Kioson Corporate Correspondence (KCC). KCC is a legal entity, firm, individual, retail outlet/store owner or retail trader which collaboratedwith the Company for KCP recruitment and collection of transaction proceed from KCP.
