Subsequently, the notarial deed was amended by deed No. 129 dated June 26, 1991 of Achmad Bajumi, S.H., substitute notary of Imas Fatimah, S.H., notary in Jakarta.
Produk & Lini Bisnis
Currently, the business activities carried on by the Company comprise of rental of office spaces, rendering of project management services and investing in subsidiaries and associates, in project development of office buildings of MNC Financial Centre and MNC Media Tower which both located in Jakarta.
