The Company commenced its commercial operations on March 2017. The Company direct parent entity is Azara Alpina Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia. The Company ultimate parent and individual entity is Mr DIY International Holding Ltd and Mr. Tan Yu Yeh, a company and individual that incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia.

The parent company of subsidiaries engaged in the retail trade of household appliances and furniture, hardware, stationery and sporting goods, jewelry and cosmetics, toys and more (including car accessories, electronic products, gifts, computer and cellphone accessories, as well as food and drinks).
