PT Capitalinc Investment Tbk formerly PT Bakrie Finance Corporation Tbk hereinafter called the Company was established based on deed No.15 dated November 11, 1993 of Notary Soedarno, SH. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decree No. C2.7999-HT.01.01.Th.83 dated December 12, 1983 and was published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.4 dated January 13, 1984, Supplement No.35.Before the amendment in its articles of association, the scope of its activities include leasing, factoring receivable and consumer financing. The Company obtained its operating license as a financial institution from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia through decree No.295/KMK.013/1990 dated March 3, 1990. In line with the change in the Company’s scope of activities, the Company’s financing activities have been transferred to PT Swadinamika Bakrie Finance, a subsidiary.

The scope of activities is to engaged in general trading, transportation, and services as well as undertaking various investments subsidiaries (including but not limited in scope mining and energy) while still heeding the provisions of the capital market and other applicable regulations.
