On April 25, 2011, PT DiaLine Systems Indonesia changed the Companys name to PT Prodia Diagnostic Line based on Notarial Deed No. 14 of Rismalena Kasri, S.H. The Company is in the form of a Limited Liability Company in 2010 and began commercial production in 2011. The production results are marketed locally. The parent and ultimate parent entity of the Company is PT Prodia Utama.

The scope of the Companys activities is the laboratory, reagents, and processing industries. The business activities currently being undertaken are manufacturing and processing of medical devices related to medical diagnosis.
