PT. Rans Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk. (the Company) was established with Deed No. 04 on October 18, 2016, which was made before Raden Mas Dendy Subangil S.H., M.Kn., under the name of PT RNR Film Internasional. The Company started its commercial operations in 2018. The Company does not have a parent entity, the ultimate controlling party is Raffi Farid Ahmad as the Companys shareholder.

The Company are to engage in business activities in the fields of private film, video and television program production, private film, video and television program post-production, private film, video and television program distribution, reproduction of sound recording media and software, reproduction of film and video recording media, music creative performance activities, entertainment, arts and other creative activities, supporting activities for performing arts, sound recording activities, special event organizer services, other management consulting activities, advertising, motion picture exhibition activities, rental and leasing without option rights of image recording and editing equipment and holding company activities.
