PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources Tbk (the Company) (formerly PT Sinarlika Portibijaya Plantation) was established on July 31, 1993 based on the Notarial Deed No. 189 of Reny Helena Hutagalung, S.H., Notary in Medan. The Company has operated its palm oil processing factory since May 2010.
Produk & Lini Bisnis
The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the management and cultivation of oil palm plantations and crude palm oil processing mills and its other derivative products and the selling of the related end products. Their business operations are located in North Sumatera, South Sumatera,West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and Singapore. In addition to the development of their plantations, the Company and certain subsidiaries have been developing and managing plasma plantations cooperation with plasma farmers.
