PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (the Company) was established on 15 January 2007 by deed No. 2 of Maria Regina Tjendra Salim SH., Notary in Jakarta.

The Company started its commercial operations in 2008. The Company's current business activitities are vessel charter and good freight services. Business activities supporting the main business services activity is to provide coal transfer service that is removing coal from the loading point to the point of disassembly by using floating crane, Asset tug rental service, that is rental service of tugboat that will act as the guide of mother ship (mother vessel) in the operational activities of the charterer, the agency services of vessels providing agency services at special ports to take care of various ship requirements related to the use of special port facilities, supply of fuel and others and the Mooring Man Service and Oil Spill Response Team, auxiliary workforce at the port at the time the ship will lean or start sailing including loading and unloading services.
