PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk ( formerly PT Sandaran Prima Sawit ) was established in the Republic of Indonesia on May 10, 2004 based on the Notarial Deed No. 22 of Imas Fatimah, S.H. On May 25, 2012, the Company's shareholders approved the proposed merger with PT Teladan Agro Resources (“TAR”) where the Company is the recipient of the merger (“Penggabungan 2012”).

The Company is an investment holding company, and the Subsidiaries are engaged in the management of oil palm plantations. In addition to the development of their plantations, the Subsidiaries are developing plantations on behalf of local smallholders (plasma plantations) in line with the “nucleus-plasma” plantation scheme that was selected when the Subsidiaries expanded its plantations.
