PT Tunas Ridean Tbk (the Company) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 102 of Winanto Wiryomartani, S.H., dated July, 24 1980. PT Tunas Ridean is one of Indonesias largest independent authorized dealer for Toyota, BMW, Daihatsu, Peugeot, Opel cars and also Honda motorcycles. The company also provides car services, corporate fleet management, fully maintained operating leases, consumer finance, as well as new and used car sales. It owns six subsidiaries which are operating in the same line of business.
