IQPlus, (14/10) - Bondra Uji Pratama selaku pemegang saham PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk. (SMKM) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen SMKM Dalam keterangan tertulisnya (14/10) menyampaikan bahwa Bondra telah membeli saham SMKM sebanyak 284.200 lembar saham di harga Rp95-Rp100 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Bondra Uji di SMKM menjadi 62,81 juta lembar saham (5,013%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 62,52 juta lembar saham (4,99%). (end)
