IQPlus, (18/8) - PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) telah menyiapkan dana untuk melakukan pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga terakhir Obligasi Berkelanjutan (PUB) II Tahap IV Tahun 2023 yang akan jatuh tempo pada 8 September 2026.
Menurut keterangan perseroan Senin, nilai pokok obligasi yang akan dilunasi mencapai Rp458 miliar, sedangkan bunga terakhir yang harus dibayarkan sebesar Rp7,4425 miliar. Dengan demikian, total dana untuk pokok dan bunga mencapai Rp465,4425 miliar.
BAF berencana mengirimkan dana tersebut kepada Agen Pembayaran, PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), pada 7 September 2026, atau sehari sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo.(end)
