IQPlus (14/10) - Protelindo menawarkan obligasi berkelanjutan V tahap II tahun 2026 dengan jumlah pokok Rp741,05 miliar.
Menurut prospektus perseroan Rabu, obligasi ini terdiri dari dua seri yakni seri A dengan jumlah pokok Rp602,85 miliar dan bunga 7,55% serta jangka waktu tiga tahun. Sedangkan seri B berjumlah Rp138,20 miliar berbunga 7,65% dan jangka waktu lima tahun.
Fitch Ratings Indonesia memberikan peringkat AAA(idn) dan BCA sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, BRI Danareksa sekuritas serta CIMB Niaga sekuritas dan Mandiri sekuritas dengan wali amant Bank Permata.
Masa penawaran umum dilakukan pada 14-15 Oktober 2026 dan tanggal penjatahan pada 16 Oktober 2026 dan pencatatan di BEI pada 21 Oktober 2026. (end)
