IQPlus, (1/10) - OONA INDONESIA PTE LTD selaku pemegang saham PT Asuransi Bina Abda Tbk. (ABDA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 September 2026.
Manajemen ABDA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (30/9) menyampaikan bahwa OONA telah menjual sebanyak 62.000.000 lembar saham ABDA di harga Rp4.920 per saham
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Divestasi saham dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham OONA di ABDA menjadi 476,6 juta lembar saham (76,77%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 538,6 juta lembar saham (86,76%) . (end)
