AGOES PROJOSASMITO TAMBAH KEPEMILIKAN SAHAM BRMS

IQPlus, (27/10) - Agoes Projosasmito selaku Direktur utama PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. (BRMS) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2026.

Manajemen SRTG dalam keterangan tertulisnya (27/10) menyampaikan bahwa Agoes telah membeli saham BRMS sebanyak 2.358.500 Lembar di harga Rp424 per saham dan sebanyak 3.543.800 Lembar saham di harga Rp422 per saham.

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.

Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Agoes di BRMS menjadi 11,4 juta lembar saham (0,008%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 5,5 juta lembar saham (0,0039%). (end)
