IQPlus, (4/11) - Bambang Soetiono selaku Direktur PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. (AKRA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen AKRA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (3/11) menyampaikan bahwa Bambang telah membeli sebanyak 461.600 lembar saham di harga Rp1.355 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investment dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca pembelian maka kepemilikan saham Bambang di AKRA menjadi 5,49 juta lembar saham (0,027%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 5,03 juta lembar saham (0,025%). (end)
