IQPlus, (28/9) - Albert Saputro selaku Presiden Direktur PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 23 September 2026.
Manajemen MDKA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (25/9) menyampaikan bahwa Albert telah menambah saham MDKA sebanyak 664.400 lembar saham di harga Rp2.830 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah Pelaksanaan Program Insentif Jangka Panjang (LTI) Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Albert di MDKA menjadi 3,88 juta lembar saham (0,016%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 3,21 juta lembar saham (0,013%). (end)
