IQPlus, (23/10) - Aldi Imam Wibowo selaku Komisaris utama PT Estetika Tata Tiara Tbk. (BEEF) telah melakukan investasi pada tanggal 18 Mei 2026 dan 3-4 Juni 2026.
Manajemen BEEF dalam keterangan tertulisnya (22/10) menuturkan bahwa Aldi telah membeli sebanyak 310.500 lembar saham di harga Rp161 per saham dan sebanyak 166.600 lembar saham di harga Rp150 per saham serta sebanyak 318.400 lembar saham dia harga Rp157 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Menambah Portofolio Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Aldi di BEEF menjadi 795.500 lembar saham (0,01%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 0 lembar saham. (end)
