IQPlus, (22/7) - Andreas Utomo selaku Direktur utama PT. Aman Agrindo Tbk. (GULA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 20 Juli 2026.
Manajemen GULA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (22/7) menyampaikan bahwa Andreas telah membeli sebanyak 15.711.000 lembar saham GULA di harga Rp262 per saham.
"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Andreas Utomo di GULA kini menjadi 45,2 juta lembar saham (4,23%) dibandingkan sebelumnya 29,5 juta lembar saham (2,76%). (end)
