IQPlus, (13/8) - Andry Hakim selaku pemegang saham PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk. (CBRE) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen CBRE dalam keterangan tertulisnya Rabu (3/12) menyampaikan bahwa Andry telah membeli sebanyak 22.761.349 lembar saham CBRE diharga Rp700 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Andry Hakim di CBRE menjadi 252,7 juta lembar saham (5,57%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 230 juta lembar saham (5,07%). (end)
