IQPlus, (31/7) - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) meraih penjualan Rp3,65 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 naik tajam dari Rp1,68 triliun di periode sama tahun sebelumnya.
Laporan keuangan perseroan Jumat menyebutkan, laba bruto diraih Rp1,24 triliun naik dari laba bruto Rp652,06 miliar tahun sebelumnya.
Laba sebelum pajak mencapai Rp523,78 miliar usai mencatat rugi sebelum pajak Rp71,74 miliar. Laba yang dapat diatribusikan ke pemilik entitas induk diraih Rp184,68 miliar dari rugi yang dapat diatribusikan ke pemilik entitas induk Rp108,82 miliar tahun sebelumnya.
Jumlah liabilitas turun menjadi Rp10,37 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 dari Rp11,28 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. Jumlah aset turun tipis menjadi Rp24,15 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2026 dari Rp24,95 triliun hingga 31 Desember 2025. (end)
