IQPlus, (9/10) - Jay T Oentoro selaku Komisaris utama PT Atlas Resources Tbk. (ARII) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen ARII dalam keterangan tertulisnya (8/10) menyampaikan bahwa Jay telah membeli saham ARII sebanyak 30.000.000 lembar di harga Rp273 per saham senilai Rp8,19 miliar
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Jay di ARII menjadi 116,7 juta lembar saham (3,1138%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 86,7 juta lembar saham (2,3138%). (end)
