IQPlus, (16/10) - Aldo Henry Artoko selaku Direktur utama PT. Arkora Hydro Tbk. (ARKO) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 13 dan 14 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen ARKO dalam keterangan tertulisnya (16/10) menyampaikan bahwa Aldo Henry telah membeli sebanyak 273.200 lembar saham diharga Rp2.312 per saham dan sebanyak 76.000 lembar saham di harga Rp2.329 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham Langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Aldo di ARKO menjadi 5,4 juta lembar saham atau setara dengan 0,19% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 5,1 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,17%. (end)
