IQPlus, (14/10) - PT Asia Intrainvesta selaku pemegang saham PT. Hassana Boga Sejahtera Tbk. (NAYZ) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 9 hingga 13 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen NAYZ dalam keterangan tertulisnya (13/10) menyampaikan bahwa Asia Intrainvesta telah menjual sebanyak 139.499.000 lembar saham di harga Rp25-Rp117 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Asia Intrainvesta di NAYZ menjadi 491,5 juta lembar saham setara dengan 19,27% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 631 juta lembar saham setara dengan 24,74%. (end)
