IQPlus, (13/10) - Harry Surjanto Hambali selaku Presiden Direktur PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk. (ATIC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 7 Oktober hingga 9 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen ATIC dalam keterangan tertulisnya (13/10) menyampaikan bahwa Harry telah membeli saham ATIC sebanyak 115.000 lembar saham ATIC di harga Rp436-Rp452 per saham
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Harry di ATIC menjadi 92,03 juta lembar saham (3,18%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 91,91 juta lembar saham. (end)
