IQPlus, (29/9) - PT Multitrend Indo Tbk.(BABY) emiten Perdagangan Eceran Pakaian dan Mainan Anak menyampaikan laporan realisasi penggunaan dana hasil rights issue per tanggal 30 Juni 2026.
Niraj Jain Direktur Utama BABY dalam keterangan Selasa (29/9) menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan memperoleh hasil Pelaksanaan HMETD tanggal 16 April 2026 sebesar Rp140,77 miliar dengan biaya sebesar Rp2,3 miliar. Dengan demikian maka BABY mendapatkan hasil bersih right issue sebesar Rp138,4 miliar.
BABY merealisasikan dana rights issue IPO untuk Pengambilalihan saham PT Emway Globalindo sebesar Rp130 miliar dan Modal Kerja adidas Kids dan Puma Kids sebesar Rp8,46 miliar dan dengan demikian BABY sudah gunakan semua dana rights issue. (end)
