IQPlus, (23/9) - Belvin Tannadi selaku pemegang saham PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk. (BAPA) telah melepas kepemilkan sahamnya pada tanggal 22 September 2026.
Manajemen BAPA dalam keterangan tertulisnya Selasa (22/9) menyampaikan bahwa Belvin telah menjual saham BAPA sebanyak 76.384.700 lembar saham di harga Rp145 per saham senilai Rp11,07 miliar.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk butuh modal dan cut Loss dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Belvin di BAPA menjadi 0 lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 76,3 juta lembar saham (11,54%). (end)
