IQPlus, (6/10) - Eri Budiono selaku Direktur utama PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk. (BBYB) mengundurkan diri.
Adrian Wibisono Soewardjo Direktur BBYB dalam keterangan tertulisnya (5/10) menuturkan bahwa pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2026 BBYB telah menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri Eri Budiono dari jabatannya selaku Direktur utama.
Selanjutnya rencana pengunduran diri tersebut telah dicatat dalam administrasi pengawasan OJK berdasarkan Surat OJK No. SR-241/PB.32/2026 tanggal 28 tanggal 28 September 2026 serta akan dimintakan persetujuan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan
Sebagai informasi, Eri Budiono diangkat sebagai Direktur Utama PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa yang digelar pada tanggal 30 April 2024. (end)
