IQPlus, (30/7) - Felix Istyono Hartadi selaku Direktur PT. Bank Jtrust Indonesia Tbk. (BCIC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 27 Juli 2026.
Manajemen BCIC dalam keterangan tertulisnya (29/7) menyampaikan bahwa Felix telah membeli saham BCIC sebanyak 39.200 lembar saham di harga Rp127 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Felix di BCIC bertambah menjadi 1,58 juta lembar saham atau (0,009%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 1,54 juta lembar saham (0,008%). (end)
