IQPlus, (30/7) - Ritsuo Fukadai selaku Direktur utama PT. Bank Jtrust Indonesia Tbk. (BCIC) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 27 Juli 2026.
Manajemen BCIC dalam keterangan tertulisnya (30/7) menyampaikan bahwa Ritsuo telah membeli saham BCIC sebanyak 3.900 lembar saham di harga Rp127 per saham menjual sebanyak 200 lembar saham di harga Rp124 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dan penerimaan investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Ritsuo di BCIC menjadi 154.300 lembar saham (0,001%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 150.600 lembar saham.(end)
