IQPlus, (5/10) - Bimo Kurniatmoko selaku Direktur PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) telah melakukan investasi pada tanggal 30 September 2026.
Manajemen VKTR dalam keterangan tertulisnya (5/10) menyampaikan bahwa Bimo telah membeli sebanyak 15.000.000 lembar saham VKTR di harga Rp720 per saham senilai Rp10,8 miliar.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Bimo di VKTR menjadi 15 juta lembar saham setara dengan 0,03% dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 0 lembar saham. (end)
