IQPlus, (5/10) - PT Victoria Investama Tbk. (VICO) selaku pemegang saham PT. Bhuwanatala Indah Permai Tbk. (BIPP) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen BIPP dalam keterangan tertulisnya (5/10) menyampaikan bahwa VICO telah menjual sebanyak 63.000.000 lembar saham BIPP di harga Rp60 per saham senilai Rp3,78 miliar
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Perubahan strategi Portofolio dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham VICO di BIPP menjadi 370,2 juta lembar saham (7,36%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 433,2 juta lembar saham (8,62%). (end)
