IQPlus, (27/7) - PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk. (BKSW) telah menerima Surat persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mengenai pengangkatan Silas Lee sebagai Komisaris BKSW efektif pada 24 Juli 2026.
Indah Mathilda Corporate Secretary BKSW dalam keterangan tertulisnya (24/7) menuturkan bahwa pengangkatan Silas Lee tersebut juga berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yaitu persetujuan perubahan susunan anggota Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 25 Juni 2026.
Dengan demikian susunan anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan menjadi sebagai berikut:
