IQPlus, (28/9) - Levoca Enterprise Ltd sebagai pemegang saham PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. (BNBR) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 23 September 2026.
Manajemen BNBR dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (25/9) menyampaikan bahwa Levoca Enterprise Ltd telah menjual sebanyak 3.773.584.904 lembar saham BNBR di harga Rp71 per saham dengan tujuan divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung.
Pasca penjualan maka kepemilikan Levoca Enterprise di BNBR berkurang menjadi 20,1 milyar lembar saham (7,64%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 23,8 milyar lembar saham (9,08%). (end)
