IQPlus, (14/8) - PT Formosa Ingredient Factory Tbk (BOBA) pada 13 Agustus 2026 telah memperoleh perpanjangan enam bulan kontrak dengan periode dari 1 Agustus 2026 sampai 31 Januari 2027.
Menurut keterangan perseroan Jumat, hal itu berupa adendum dari PT Quaker Indonesia untuk memproduksi, memproses, mengemas dan menyimpan produk tertentu untuk dijual epada Quaker sesuai syarat yang berlaku.
Disebutkan bahwa dengan adanya perjanjian tersebut maka terdapat keterikatan antara perseroan dengan Quaker dalam melaksanakan hak dan kewajiban sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Dengan disebutkan adanya kerjasama tersebut maka perseroan akan memiliki pendapatan tambahan bagi perseroan. (end)
