IQPlus, (2/10) - Muhammad Sulthon selaku Direktur PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. (BRMS) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen BRMS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (30/10) menyampaikan bahwa M Sulthon telah membeli saham BRMS sebanyak 180.500 lembar saham di harga Rp545-Rp565 per saham
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham M. Sulthon di BRMS menjadi 220.500 lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 40.000 lembar saham. (end)
