IQPlus, (12/10) - Budi Aditya Erna Mulyanto selaku Komisaris PT Paperocks Indonesia Tbk. (PPRI) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen PPRI dalam keterangan tertulisnya (9/10) menuturkan bahwa Budi telah menjual sebanyak 21.474.000 lembar saham di harga Rp186 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Budi Aditya di PPRI menjadi 115,6 juta lembar saham (10,76%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 137,1 juta lembar saham (12,76%). (end)
