IQPlus, (5/10) - Budiarto Halim selaku Direktur utama PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. (ERAA) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen ERAA dalam keterangan tertulisnya (2/10) menyampaikan bahwa Budiarto telah menambah saham ERAA sebanyak 2.243.305 lembar saham namun tak disebutkan harganya.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Program MESOP dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Budiarto Halim di ERAA menjadi 10,7 juta lembar saham (0,07%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 8,49 juta lembar saham (0,05%). (end)
