IQPlus, (30/9) - Eka Kania Mustikasari G selaku Direktur PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (CENT) mengundurkan diri.
Daniel Pradipta Corporate Secretary CENT dalam keterangan tertulisnya (30/9) menuturkan bahwa pada tanggal 30 September 2026 Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Eka Kania Mustikasari G selaku Direktur Perseroan.
Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan rapat umum pemegang saham untuk memutuskan permohonan pengunduran diri anggota Direksi tersebut, sesuai regulasi OJK dalam POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014.
Dalam penuturaannya Daniel menambahkan pengunduran ini tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha CENT. (end)
