IQPlus, (7/10) - Bharat Shah Joshi selaku Direktur PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk. (CMRY) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2026.
Manajemen CMRY dalam keterangan tertulisnya (6/10) menyampaikan bahwa Bharat Shah telah membeli sebanyak 5.000 lembar saham CMRY diharga Rp4.350 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investment dengan kepemilikan saham Langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini, maka total kepemilikan saham Bharat di CMRY menjadi 29.000 lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 24.000 lembar saham. (end)
