IQPlus, (25/9) - UBS AG LDN BRANCH A/C CLIENT selaku pemegang saham PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk. (CPIN) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 21 September 2026.
Manajemen CPIN dalam keterangan tertulisnya (24/9) menyampaikan bahwa UBS telah menjual sebanyak 4.046.633 lembar saham CPIN di harga Rp3.132 per saham dengan tujuan UBS sold shares to hedge client derivatives trading activities .
Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham UBS di CPIN menjadi 983,4 juta lembar saham (5,9976%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 987,5 juta lembar saham (6,0223%) . (end)
