IQPlus, (3/8) - Tjoea Aubintoro selaku Direktur utama PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 31 Juli 2026.
Manajemen CSIS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Kamis (1/8) menyampaikan bahwa Aubintoro telah membeli saham CSIS sebanyak 510.200 lembar saham di harga Rp176-Rp180 saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Aubintoro di CSIS menjadi 6,09 juta lembar saham (0,33%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 5,58 juta lembar saham (0,31%). (end)
