IQPlus, (11/8) - Tjoea Aubintoro selaku Direktur utama PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2026.
Manajemen CSIS dalam keterangan tertulisnya Senin (10/8) menyampaikan bahwa Aubintoro telah membeli saham CSIS sebanyak 338.400 lembar saham dan sebanyak 149.700 lembar saham serta sebanyak 98.100 lembar saham di harga Rp198-Rp200 per saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.
Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham Aubintoro di CSIS menjadi 7,98 juta lembar saham (0,44%) dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 7,39 juta lembar saham (0,40%). (end)
